The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean . Amazing view.
Very nice hotel one block from the zocalo. Very large room with balcony overlooking the street, kind staff, coffee and tea in the lobby, comfortable bedding, plenty of hot water. Bring your own shampoo
No cuentsn con buena señal de Internet y la Tv no hay canales locales.
Tiene uno que otro detallito la verdad insignificantes, pero que lo alejan de la calificación perfecta, principalmente que es muy, pero muy ruidoso en las mañanas, en lo demás cumple su función, durante mis vacaciones me hospede en otros hoteles para probar y esa fue una de mis peores decisiones, si algún día regresó a Zacatlán definitivamente volveré a este hotel.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones aunque algo pequeñas, cuentan con todo lo necesario para descansar. No tienen estacionamiento propio, sin embargo, el hotel tiene pensión para los huéspedes. Recomiendo estar atento, porque los del estacionamiento se quieren pasar de listos y cobrar horas extra que incluyen la pensión

Es un hotel pequeño más o menos 5 habitaciones, cumple con la función de descanso después de un día ajetreado. Se encuentra muy cerca del mirador, de los murales, del reloj etc etc No es tan caro.
Hotel pequeño pero muy cómodo, habitaciónes limpias, cama cómoda... Y la ubicación está excelente. Els servicio es de lo mejor....!!!
